They will arrange for an assessment and discuss what help may be
available to you.

Lions International- emergency information scheme
The scheme is
for anyone who feels vulnerable while living at home, as it provides emergency
services with details of any allergy or illness and a contact name if they are
called to your home. It is available free of charge from surgeries, hospitals,
chemists and some volunteer agencies.
