  Centenaries & Weddings

It is possible to arrange a Card from the Queen for someone when they reach their centenary and then on their 105^th and following Birthdays.  It is also possible to arrange a Card for a Diamond Wedding, a 65^th, 70^th and every following anniversary. 

The applicant needs to contact the Anniversary Office and ask for a Wedding or Birthday application form.  When you apply, you will need to provide appropriate evidence such as a copy of your Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate.  If these are not available it may be possible to ask the Benefits Agency to provide the appropriate evidence of age.
