Lancaster Advocacy

Lancaster Advocacy offer short-term support for any adult who is having dealings with Social Services, the Health Service, or other care providers.  Trained volunteers can help you:

 

·         at meetings

·         during assessments

·         to get information

·         talk to your family

·         talk to professionals

·         with a complaint

·         to make decisions that affect you

            If you need additional help to get your views across or to change a situation, there are a number of organisations which may be able to help such as the Citizens Advice Bureau.
