  Dental Care

 

For NHS patients, free treatment is available if you are on a low income or on Income Support. You need to complete form HC1 which is available from your dentist, the Benefits Agency or Post Office.

In some cases, NHS patients are also entitled to free treatment if previous dental work has failed within 12 months. Details are available from the PALS.

 

Emergency treatment: if you are registered with a dentist, make a note of their emergency telephone number. If you are not registered and need emergency treatment, contact NHS Direct for details.

If you need emergency dental treatment and you are not registered with a dentist then you can call the Morecambe Bay PCT Dental Access Team.
